We’ll I am 5’6 I think, I weight 140 or 145
My parents force me to eat at fast food and stuff like that i hate it.
Then they ask me you want a dessert with that?
Of course I say no But they buy it anyways and expect me to eat it..Im starting to hate it to we barely have any healthy
foods canned foods, noodles, I swear Ima turn diabetic soon
I try to excerise with my music everytime I have the energy
But I rarely have any Help please,
I try to have 2 cheese strings one mini pasta thing for lunch and 1 apple juice I really want my cute body back
I get teased for being overweight and sometimes I just wanna shoot myself.

Well, a friend of mine has been on exchange for four months, and she’s coming home next Saturday, and I was thinking of making her a surprise breakfast- type thing, with all of our friends and family. Except….. I’m not quite sure what to make her. She’s a vegetarian, and she’s also diabetic, so no extravagantly sweet things, please. I need a few easy and quick breakfast recipes for next Saturday. Please leave the recipes below (I was also wondering if you guys could give me a good dessert recipe for someone with diabetes. Some form of dessert that’s not too sweet). Thank you very much!

I just found out my dad is diabetic. He is a sweet tooth! For Christmas I want to bake him sugar free, or reduced sugar goodies. I really am looking for chocolate covered pretzels? Anything without sugar or low sugar! Help please!

My diabetic Father-in-law will be coming for Christmas + two weeks.

He has an awful sweet-tooth, and with all of the Christmas baking I do for my own family of 5, I need some ideas of desserts and other tempting appetizers that will help me keep him out of harm’s way.

He has a habit of sneaking into the sweets when he thinks he isn’t being watched. So I need some really deceptive dishes – dishes he thinks he shouldn’t be eating.

That way I can have a secret stash of the “good stuff” for the rest of us.

Anyone have any wonderful, sugar-free recipes?

My Uncle recently had a mild stroke. He also has high cholesterol and high blood pressure. My Aunt has tried to cook healthy meals for him…but he is a “meat & potatoes” man. He doesn’t like salads and most greens. Unless it’s beef and potatoes, he doesn’t like it. So I need all you chefs out there to give me some good healthy recipes to help spice up some of the vegetable and chicken dishes.
