My husband wants a Fruit and Nut Easter Egg. Every recipe I’ve found, uses 2 boxes of powdered sugar Is there is any sugar free subsitute, for powdered sugar? I know Splenda can be used in place of regular sugar, but what can you replace powdered sugar with? I can’t even find a sugar free Fruit and Nut Egg to buy, just fudge, peanut butter, coconut. and vanilla. Can anyone help me?

my dad is a diabetic and he always complains we forget to have sugar free dessert items. He hates the ones from the store so i wanted to make something. apple is preferred but any recipe is greatly appreciated!

I want to make a dessert or some kind of snack but it needs to have 1 cup of sugar or less, i would like it to be sugar free but i know with desserts thats hard to do. it doesnt make a difference whether it is splenda or some other sweetener, it still has to be less then one cup

A friend’s husband has diabetes – he needs injections and became very ill last year from an infection.

I would like to make them a Christmas present of a homemade cookbook with great recipes she can make for him that are safe for his diabetes.

They love my dog and often take care of him so I figured that I would add pictures of my dog and I thought that it might look cute to make it look as though he wrote it!

PLEASE — help! I don’t know very much about diabetes but would love to help her out with tasty, healthy recipes she can easily make.

For a friend of mine who’s unfortunately been diagnosed with Stage I, diabetes. She is a spirited Italian woman who cooks fantastically but has difficulty reading the English Language. I have been researching this for 2 days without resolve. I can find some sites for Italian language cookbooks, but their preface is written in Italian, so I don’t understand it. What I am looking for is an Diabetic Cookbook, written in the Italian Language with the preface in English, so I know what I am getting. Thank you very much!

I am needing some recipes that are for diabetic. I am on a very low fixed income so the ingredences needs to be cheap. I have more time than money. So I don’t care if it takes a while to make things. Plus I do love to cook. If you know of a free web site that I can do a whole menu for a month on that would be super. Or even a group that I could join as well to help me with this.
