If you want the truth, there are no recipes for fudge since fudge is primarily sugar. It is possible to purchase sugar free fudge already made, although it is pretty expensive. Just google it and some manufacturers will pop up. There is Splenda for baking that has half the carbs of sugar. The problem with artificial sweeteners is that they don't give the results that real sugar gives. Real sugar causes a crispiness that the fakes can't give.
Splenda, makes 2 types of sweeteners the white and brown sugar equivalents. There are 2 types of white, one that is completely sugar free and another that is half sugar ( has carbs). If you really want I would use the Splenda for baking with the carbs and follow the directions on Bakers chocolate box.
4 squares of Bakers unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 C of butter
2 C of sugar or equivalent
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 C of flour
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Microwave chocolate, butter in a large safe bowl until butter melted, chocolate will melt with stirring
Stir in sugar or equivalent. Add eggs, vanilla mix well, add flour and any nuts that you want. Spread mixture into greased foil lined 9x13 pan. Pour into pan and bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out fudgy.About 30-35 minutes. Don't overbake. Cool in pan, then lift out foil.
It would probably be easier to just make brownies with sugar and cover the carbs with insulin. If your diabetic you will understand what I mean.

What is the reason you want a sugar free brownie recipe.

People with diabetes do not count sugar. We count carbs. any sugar free recipe has at least the same if not more carbs that a regular recipe.

Stop substituting and learn to count carbs.

Splenda can't give you cancer. Sugar will screw up your pancreas and can give you cavities. Here is a good and healthy recipe, by Laura Dolson, for low carb brownies. Hope you enjoy them as much as I.
